        WHEN SHOULD I TAKE LIV21?

        We recommend taking LIV21 during or after you finish your last drink. If you forget to take it the night before, no sweat! If you wake up not feeling TOO good you can drink LIV21 and it will bring you back to life.

                    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

                    Orders can be canceled with a full refund as long as your order has not been shipped. To cancel your order, please email customerservice@justliv21.com.
                      If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel and refund your order.

                        WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

                        We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

                          DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

                          We do not offer returns or exchanges.

                            MY ORDER/ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

                            If your order/item is damaged during shipping, please send a photo of the damage, your email address used to place the order and order number within 72 hours of receiving it to customerservice@justliv21.com.
                              If 72 hours has passed since delivery, we are unable to replace or refund your order.

                                MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER

                                If your order was returned to sender for any reason, you will receive an email from our customer service team to fix the issue once it has been delivered back to our fulfillment center. If you do not respond within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus any relevant shipping fees. Once an item has been marked as returned to sender by the post office, the only option is to wait for it to arrive back at our warehouse.
